The rooms at Garden Palace Kansai Airport Spa Hotel are cozy and well-equipped with a fridge and a personal safe. We felt at home and could easily store our belongings. All rooms have air conditioning, making it comfortable during our stay. We loved coming back to a cool room after a long day of exploring. The desk in the room was convenient for catching up on work or planning our itinerary. The private bathroom had a great shower, and the free toiletries and hairdryer were a nice touch. The flat-screen television in the room provided entertainment and helped us relax after a busy day.

Although the bathrooms were clean, the electronic bidet feature was not to our liking.

The breakfast was good with real italian coffee, the food was outstanding. The location was absolutely perfect and marvellous, close enough to airport and shuttle service, Aeon Shopping mall and Kansai Airport, and the nearest shop / restaurants.

The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying the residential area. the outstanding and well-equipped room had beds crammed in. - the location was favorable and perfect - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

our recent stay in izumisano was made even more memorable thanks to the amazing experience at this hotel. the friendly staff, complimentary shuttle, and refreshing onsen were all highlights of our trip. it truly exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to all travelers exploring this charming town.

I absolutely loved hearing the lovely sounds of people walking and talking in the corridors outside my room. It truly added to the ambience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. They even assisted with loading and unloading our luggage from the shuttle bus. The hotel itself has a cozy boutique feel, and the free spa was a great bonus. The location was also fantastic, with numerous eateries and a convenient store nearby. Plus, the view of the small field from our room added a touch of tranquility. And let's not forget the breakfast – not only was it included, but it also had a wide variety of both Japanese and western options, including delicious Italian coffee.

The hotel is quite outdated and in need of renovations. the spa was not included in the package, and the pricing is exorbitant.

Always choose this place for my stay. No regrets. Staff helped me with sim cards. Perfect for me, has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, restaurant. Coming back for city break.

cleanliness was spot on - the hotel is super close to the airport - which made it a breeze to hop on the shuttle. also, the staff were so helpful - especially when we thought we left something behind. plus, the private bath at the onsen is worth every yen!
